Miami Motorcycle Accident Resulting in Wrongful Death

Accident Description:

A Ford Taurus was traveling east on State Road 90 (Southwest 8 Street) in the left lane approaching the intersection of Southwest 92 Avenue in Miami.

A Kawasaki motorcycle ridden by our plaintiff’s father was traveling westbound on State Road 90 in the right center approaching the intersection of Southwest 92 Avenue.

The car began to turn left from eastbound SR-90 to northbound SW 92 Avenue as the motorcycle entered the intersection of SW 92 Avenue. This resulted in the right side of the Ford Taurus being struck by the front-end of the motorcycle.

The car came to its final rest facing north on SW 92 Avenue just north of SR-90 in the left lane. The bike came to final rest facing south in the intersection of SR-90 and SW 92 Avenue on its left side. The biker expired on scene due to the injuries he suffered at the crash.
